It’s hard to believe, but it’s been three incredible years since we embarked on a journey that has filled our lives with sweetness, joy, and unforgettable moments. Aiko’s Ice Cream is celebrating its third anniversary, and we owe it all to you, our wonderful community!
Let us take you back to the beginning of our journey – a cozy kitchen, warm laughter, and the irresistible aroma of freshly baked fudgy brownies. I was inspired by a simple yet profound idea: to create a treat that would perfectly complement these delectable brownies. Our muse? A dear friend Hindatu who would to indulge in a scoop of ice cream before picking up her brownies, transforming the experience into something truly magical.
And so, the dream of Aiko’s Ice Cream was born. We envisioned crafting small batches of super-premium ice cream from the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, completely free from additives or artificial flavors. We had spent over a year tweaking our ice cream recipe until we came up with the perfect base. Each batch was made with love and care, capturing the essence of our passion for desserts and our commitment to offering you the very best.
Three years have passed since that moment, and our humble dream has blossomed into a beloved local treasure. Our menu now boasts 14 mouthwatering flavors, each one a testament to the dedication and creativity that we put into every scoop. From classic favorites like Vanilla Bean and Mango, to unique delights such as Ube, Matcha & White Chocolate and our Signature Creation, Foxy Brownie Ice Cream, we have poured our hearts into crafting these flavors to tantalize your taste buds.
As a token of our appreciation for your unwavering support, we are thrilled to announce our “12 Days of Giveaways” celebration. Starting today, for twelve consecutive days, we will be giving away one pint of each of our twelve flavors daily! [It would have been 14 but our Nigerian grown Strawberries and Mangoes are currently out of season].
